Finally starting this up after a long time gathering info. This is my first run with Prohormones, Steroids, DS, what ever you like to call it, so I figured Dr.D's Pulse Method would be a great place to start.
Start date: February 17th.
Weight: 182@17%bf.
Three days a week:
Day 1. Chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Day 2. Rest.
Day 3. Back and Biceps.
Day 4. Rest.
Day 5. Legs.
Day 6. Rest
Day 7. Rest.
Diet percentages: 40/30/30. Protein, Carbs, Fat.
Calories: 3000/day. Very clean.
Water: At least six liters a day.
Starting at 20mg pre-work out of Epidrol. Will go from there.
Other supps:

BCAA..........................ED.
EFA'S..........................ED.
CREATINE MONO...........ED.
MULTI.........................ED.
