Similar to Rocket, I go to bed at 7:30 or 8 and am up at 3 or 3:30 most days.
I'm right behind you guys, usually in bed around 8:30 and up around 4:30.

I have my mind set on Sept 1st for my normal fall start back into nutrition and training.
That's a great mile marker to kick off the next cycle. Exactly what I did last year and it kicked off a solid 10+ months. Good luck bro, taking a couple weeks to think and plan on it will help fire up the motivation too 🤘💪

I am migrating more to something like this. Just getting up at 4:30 now for my training is making me ready for bed much earlier.

My wife is usually asleep on the couch between 8-8:15pm no matter what and for years would pretend she wasn't until 9-10pm lol. But these days she gets up early with me, starts our coffee while I'm showering even though she doesn't go to work until 8 so I think she grew to appreciate the 8:30pm bed time routine.

problem is when the weekends roll around and we are still in this weird routine where "sleeping in" is like....6am haha... feels weird. but have a lot of farm chores done by noon!

I'm still around fellas, lots of things just aren't 100% settled. No training at the moment. Just taking things one minute at a time.

I have my mind set on Sept 1st for my normal fall start back into nutrition and training.

I apologize for not being able to check in daily. I see alot of you guys making solid progress and fighting the good fight!!

I will be with you guys very soon 💯🇺🇸
You do, what you do to take care of your self, the weights will be there when you are ready. I if you need anything I can be here for you also!

Morning AM family , im a few days late in my Sept 1st restart date but dammit im here. We will call it fashionable late!!!

Felt great this morning besides some aches and pains but thats just part of the game.

Life...has been absolutely out of control, some unexpected and some self inflected...well in my case about 85% self inflected... I will elaborate over time but not gonna drowned you all with that on my first post back. There is a saying.....birds of a feather flock together (ive been qith the wrong flock)

Family... everyone is great, well besides me but I can fix me!!! Oldest son is in tech school in SC, youngest son kept my lawncare business alive on his own while I've been gone, daughter is still playing softball and also has taken up golf and is as beautiful as beautiful can be. Wife, well I don't have enough time to text everything about her so I will just say "super woman"

Work...still have my new job and progressing up and through the company even through all my bs. Great company

Training....gonna keep it simple with cardio and full body workouts at first. Pretty much do whatever I want on the day. Once I get back up to par I will be tackling the 5 x 5 again

Supplements...pwo, eaa, creatine,protein, multi

Everyone have a safe and productive day

Your only as good as the people you surround yourself with. 💯🇺🇸💯

I will share this, I lost one of my homies on 9/5. He lived a good long life. Would have been 14 years old at the end of this month. RIP Joker

Thanks bud, we had to put him down. He was so weak when they hit him with the sedation, that took him out of here.
We still have his brother from the same litter so that is helping alot.

Morning AM, day 3 of the comeback. Nice and sweaty this morning. Not to much to write home about but we got up and did it.

I'm in a golf league on Thursdays so I will elect to walk the course today. "Yes the boss plays golf" . I used to play 3-4 rounds a week back in the early 2000s. Since being home I've started again with driving range on Wednesday nights with my sin and daughter and have been getting 1-2 rounds a week. Im shooting in the low to mid 80s at the moment which is great. We win a tournament last Thursday in Hagerstown coming in at -6, 66. We also got longest drive and closest to the pin. It was the 26th hardest course in the country. Here are some pics from the tournament. Look closely and you can see our closest to the pin shot.

Nice session this morning. Just trying to stay consistent. Not moving big weights, just getting in some work. Have a horrible pain in right shoulder on certain lifts. Very weird, while re racking the bar on squats I can barely use might right arm and shoulder to rack the weight but I can do overhead press no problem.

No day job today, but will run lawncare with my son.

Mother nature, can you please shine some sunshine on us today!!!!

Everyone have a safe productive day 🇺🇲✊️🇺🇸

Got some product from @sns8778

Started yesterday, just using the peptiplex and PA at the moment. Will keep you posted with updates. Hope to grab some more for a full 8 weeks.

I was a huge fan of the og growth factor, matter of fact I still have an og bottle. Can't wait to try the new version.

You are the man Steve💯

Good stuff, sounds like you are getting back into the groove. Try a little ibuprofen the first week to see if you can calm that shoulder down, but if not maybe go see a soft tissue specialist to work on the area. Could just be a knot or trigger point flaring up.

Thank you so much.

I'm looking very forward to seeing how you like that stack.

I'm just starting my third month on Anabolic XT and Phosphatidic Acid XT and just added Pepti-Plex in 2 weeks ago and I'm loving the stack. It's helped me put back on a lot of muscle that I'd lost after the accident.

I think you'll love the new Growth Factor XT. It's very much like the original version except with a couple of cool updates. A big fun part to me is that it gives the same cool vivid dreams that the original did.

Morning AM, nk training today and man did the extra two hours of sleep hit the spot. We shot a +3 yesterday and that moved us up into second place for the season.

Scale is down 7lbs in just the first two weeks. That's normal for starting out I guess but it feels great. Clothing is looser and wedding ring just slides right off

I have been using glycophase for my carb heavy meal also. Starting using RK 125 at 8 caps a day broken into two doses of four along with immunity xt.

I plan on training tomorrow.

Here are some update pics from my son from last night. What a stud!!!! He is all natty and grinds in the gym while we all sleep. He is eating and meal prepping big time. Ever since his head trauma last year he has trouble sleeping so he goes to the gym from midnight until he is done. I have him on the SNS program also. Just pwo and creatine.

His back is freaking huge. It's amazing that I've gotten him out of the bar scene, he is in tech school for welding. He always says, "I want to be as strong as you dad" . Well I think he has me now, his lifts for reps are insane, but I still have that old man strength and mind control 🥸

Everyone have a safe productive day ✊️ 🇺🇲 ✨️

That is awesome. I'm so happy for you and for him. He is in great shape and making great progress.

Also very happy for you with the 7 lbs. in the first two weeks. That's great.

GlycoPhase is great for carb meals.

RK-125 or RK-500 Xtreme are both very overlooked and underrated products. They're a super inexpensive addition to any fat loss regimen. I use them myself anytime I'm trying to get leaner because they help me a lot with appetite control and I think they go great with other things like Lean Edge, which is always the main staple for me in my fat loss regimen.

Morning AM, I skipped training today. Got some rest at the campground last night with the wind blowing, fire burning, birds chirping, and flag pole swinging.

Off to lawncare today and maybe a round of golf.

Today is the end of two weeks and I'm down 12 lbs. I feel it and people are seeing it

20230930_081819.jpg

Unfortunately I didn't post my weight when I started but yes, I was 238. So 12lbs is a ton of weight in 14 days. My body needs it, cleansing of the madness.

Morning AM, so got in my labor and Golf on Saturday. No training yesterday or this morning.

Had a big turn of events yesterday morning. Went out at 530am to take my dog out and he passed in his sleep. This one hurt, he had been doing so good and living it up. We had him at the marina all day Saturday running around, golf cart rides, living it up. So at least he passed peacefully in his sleep. We decided to bury him on the property. My wife and daughter are really struggling with this one. Losing two dogs in less than a month.

So sorry for your loss Brother, a good family pet is so hard to lose. At least he had an awesome day, and went in his sleep. It's as good of a way to end your days as it gets.
