Note: I started taking this on 12/19/2018 just didn't have any picks. (Didn't want to mislead anyone) 30 days.
Strength Gains: Lifts are up 1 rep or pounds every workout.
This really increases my hunger.
Changes in the mirror after 10 days.
Diet:
First 20 days averaged 278cals over Maint.
Last 10 averaging 189 cals under.
Personally I would not be able to due a true cut on this. Hunger is too hard to control.
In my opinion this would be better for a Bulk or a Recomp. I'm going to try to keep my cals at about 300 under to give it a fair shot. (don't know if I can do it on this)

Energy and that good feeling is nice. Alpha feeling is good. I do have a tendency to have to watch my aggression sometimes but not too bad.
Recovery kicked in after 11 days
I do have a little more DOMS than usual with my current workout than in the past. Probably the extra endurance.
