no im asking. are you saying you ate less on vacation? i looked up the expression and i cant make sense of it here
It just means I ate everything that looked good to me. When you care about health or diet or goals you prohibit yourself from indulging yourself but while on vacation if I saw food that appealed to me I tried it out, I threw away my prohibition and ate with my eyes

I saw the photo and can tell a difference. You won’t get him to validate anything. People don’t do that these days when they are on the defensive.

@thescience is a great guy and been respectful to me throughout this whole ordeal , I have no reason to be defensive with him. I enjoy his replies and conversation, whether he agrees with me or not. He’s a stand up dude. The photos I don’t see any significant change besides that he looks strong and in great shape

evomuse thermoamp (love this product, great to stack with stims) + primaforce yohimbine hcl at 20mg + black coffee and 5mg Cialis to combat any blood pressure rise. During a fasted state cardio, will eat 2-3 hours later .

There is a definite difference and it shows the work you have put in. A supplement is just that, a supplement, you still have to put in the work and it’s clear you’ve been doing that.

To post about a competitor’s product in a BLR thread is tasteless and unnecessary. No reason you couldn’t have gone to the DMs with this but I suppose we shouldn’t expect anything different given your past actions.

i really cant disagree with anything you said. back in the day there used to be packs up reps that ganged up and did group extractions of whatever kind of point system was there accrued in your account just for stating you were a non-responder.

i try to understand experiences that people talk about, so as to be able to potentially reproduce or avoid those circumstances toward a desired result. i stated some particuls of mine on here:

if you did increase calories on vacation and then reduced them and then didnt lose weight id be confused. or if eating with your eyes meant you decreased calories and then gained weight im also confused but ive cant imagine the stress youve gone through recently and that affects cortisol unfavorably aka "stress weight.". dropping metformin at the same time as starting inciderine is also another variable that may or may not be relevant here.

there is definite value for supplement creators to hear negative feedback as that can lead to revision. historically, i have also seen decent products get an unfair shake when a launch thread gets blown up. supplemental weight loss is a pretty dire space, so ill speak up for something innovative that has value. making a product isnt easy i see good dosages in here, in some cases unprecedently high ones of active extactions. and then take oleanolic acid; if that was just thrown in there, everybody who would have bought this would have bought it regardless, but it was studied for it;s effects, then researched for it's absorption rate, then put into an unusually high dose and then shipped off to have it chemically bound to choline to spike absorption, then pumped into a formula that would have sold to the same people for the same price without it. these arent the actions of a man who doesnt give a rip about what he's peddling, so i make it a point to step in and profess how it helped.

Completely different formulas and may even be stacked together so reason I didn’t think it would be an issue but once again my fault

I finished my first bottle
Been doing wrestling/bjj and a few strength sessions a week. Eating at maintenance, mostly slightly below but at times even go over. I look like I have lost 11lbs but on the scale I’ve actually gained 2. The fat in my legs and hips is finally going away and my arms look vascular and full. The only other supplements I’m taking is Creatine and bunch of vitamins/minerals.
Onto the second bottle and stacking with Follidrone, Exotherm, Han Swolo, Smolder
I cant imagine a supplement working better than this. Leaning out while gaining some muscle is like the holy grail.

brundel took this product with no regards of his diet being dialed in either.. or you didnt read his comments?
he still lost massive amount of weight and had to walk around with a gatorade and sugar tabs because of the blood sugar woes he experienced that no one have felt yet or even lost the pounds he did.

I gained bunch of weight from a 3 week vacation bro, I decided to use this product to lose pounds that i gained from a vacation. Lol, I know what to do in that regard not that serious.

No one besides @thescience wants to buy Incidinirene off me at a discounted rate BUT i do have DMs of members who dont want to be vocal on here how the product isnt giving them the results hoped for.
Now your just making things up. My diet is likely the strictest it could possibly be. I've eaten the exact same things every day at the same time of day for more than 10 years. I do deviate once in a while but it's very rare. Like once a month max. This is why when I make a change I see a difference. This is part of why if I remove a meal things change. Particularly a pre bed meal consisting of heavy fats and protein.

If you don't understand that in order to lose weight you need to eat less then that's on you but don't complain and don't blame me. Get your diet in check. Reduce your calories.

You said you gained a bunch of weight from a weekend. So on the weekend you eat like crap? And then you blame supplements for you not losing weight. You are delusional dude.

If you are implying that I'm lying you can go bend your self over and cram that other bottle.

What's interesting is that you have 70 posts and about half of them are you saying negative crap in this thread.
And its not hard to see the rest of your posts. Or your pre disposition.

i was quoting him on a later comment. there were people on semaglutide that went hypo, with the same percentage going hypo on placebo. some folks are just prone to it, and to them the world is a frightful place where you can take 1 cap of gynemma and pass out.i think brundel is just one of those people
I get messages all the time from people taking Follidrone and feeling dizzy or experiencing low blood sugar sides without food. Some people are sensitive. Because I eat so strict Im definitely one of those people although FD never did it. Incinderine definitely does.

he left it out because he's mad at you. bro i can eat like 2000 calories of peanut butter in a few spoons and not even know it
God I love peanut butter.....And yah.....its possible the spoon was big.
The thing about peanut butter is it slows down the transit of everything else in my gut. I dont think its the calories necessarily as much as it is the not eating anything before bed vs eating in bed. The additional several hours of fasting.
The fact that all of my food moves through faster.
Yah its probably 500 cals. But its not just the calories that are important. The whole point of the pre bed shake was to ensure there was fat and protein trickling while I sleep. Now there is nothing. And Im still down 23lbs.

I think you are making great progress man. There is a clear difference. Some people are just always going to have a negative opinion of everything. This is their reality. Everything sucks. So it does.....for them.

Update on explosive poo journeys, I had it really, really bad on saturday had to buy some gastro stop so I could go out that evening, but Sunday I was fine... I THINK it may be when I take it on an empty stomach that it f's me up. Will make sure I take it with food this week and see, if I keep exploding I will stop.

Do you drink alcohol? I don't, maybe once or twice a year I'll have a few drinks at a wedding or function. Last night was one of those nights as it was an event for a friends winery. I had to try their wine or be rude. Today I thought of you (haha) because I had your symptoms. Perhaps there is correlation with the Incinderine and alcohol or sugars causing GI issues. First time experiencing it on my incinderine run. Then again it could just be because I'm a lightweight and cant stomach vino.

So we dont hijack this thread with our bowels, I'll contribute a little update on my run. Still really liking incinderine. I am on the first week of my second bottle still 2x2 ed. Thinking about upping the dose but perhaps more time 'on' is better. Any thoughts? Also added ECA to the stack as I believe it is helping me maintain muscle. I am down from 240 to 233 but look much leaner, muscles still feeling full and have even had some strength gains so I am still thinking it is really more a recomping tool for me. I feel the bitter orange keeping my cravings at bay too so its easier to keep on track with my diet, although I am still at (albeit cleaner) maintenance. Bacne has been the only negative side (which has mellowed out) otherwise I would want to run this indefinitely.

Add in full blown home renovation where I’m re-routed my kitchen space and didn’t have a kitchen for months on end, kid going to college, taking mom to chemo treatments and also a 3 week long vacation where I ate with my eyes. I gained unnecessary weight due to life hurdles and partial neglect.

before venturing into my usual yohimbine hcl + coffee during a fasted state protocol I noticed this thread while quickly researching any new fat loss supplements. So I opted to give this a try instead. That was it. The weight I gained is the weight that’s easily dropped by going back to my routine, my house is done, my kid is in college and taking my mother is just another routine. I’m back to being able to dial in my diet and fitness protocol .

after reading the comments I became skeptical since it wasn’t giving the people who is taking it what it was originally claimed. I took it for a little and noticed nothing for me to dedicate the next 2 months over so I prematurely stopped it . Brundel did what he had to do to gain attention to sell his product, whether it works or not it’s irrelevant, any supplement works if you go on calorie deficit and train hard. Brundel pitched this as the strongest fat burner where he lost 30 pounds by simply dropping peanut butter and a protein shake and on top didn’t even train. It is what it is,

sorry I guess for speaking my mind
Dude just stop! You didn’t even finish one bottle. You obviously don’t have a clue and I’m just going to say you are full of sh!t. Pretty simple- you don’t want to take it then don’t and STFU with your nonsense. You sound like some fat slob who didn’t get ripped in two weeks and now you are upset.

Quickly coming in here to add that I just finished my 2nd bottle (I have 3 in total). The 2nd bottle was on a 3x3 protocol daily. I have only lost a couple of pounds (I think literally 2), although my family has commented that I visibly look leaner and have "lost weight" My lifts, strength wise have also increased. I will be honest and say I have not been diligent in calorie cut-back, partially b/c I believe if I were to purposely cut 500 calories daily, no sh*t, I'll lose weight haha.

I have never felt anything from this product, good or bad, but I think the above accounts for something? I will be interested to see where I land at the end of the third bottle. Going forward, I will need to decide if the cost is worth the results to continue it.

IMO, the discussion in this thread leading up the product release put this on a high pedestal and maybe gave off expectations that weren't realistic....just my opinion. I was legit a bit scared to take it with some of the comments and possible side effects lol. But like I said, I have literally never felt a thing while on this and I've tried taken it a whole bunch of different ways. Though without cutting calories I have seem some results so I can't say it's just not doing anything either. Will continue to evaluate.

Losing weight, looking leaner while increasing strength means its not working?
I think the problem is the same it is for anabolic supps. People take the supplements and then expect magic.
If you want to grow you need to eat more. If you want to lose weight you have to eat less.
This is bodybuilding 101. Supplements assist but nothing can really do the work for you.
IMagine if you had dropped the 500 cals where you would be. If your goal to not get lean? 500 is about what I cut out and Im the leanest ive been in a decade.
Sure I would have lost some without the supp. But nowhere near what I did.

I think if you want results you will also need to put in some work. Cut the 500 cals.
Have you ever heard of a bodybuilder losing weight for a show and they didnt change anything? No change in diet at all?
Of course not because thats absurd. And this is with any drug possible available.
Put in the work, add the supps = results.
Change nothing, add supps = lackluster results.

Would be amazing if there were some reports from people who actually used it while cutting. you know...the reason it exists.
Like...Hey I have been cutting calories and taking Incinderine and here are the results. But instead its 30 people saying well I didnt change anything, and I binged over my 3 day weekend and Im, surprised I havnt lost 30lbs!
Nobody is surprised.

There is a log up from Tillus. 13 days in and hes lost 8lbs. So if he continued at this pace he would lose 32lbs in 60 days.
But hes actively running a cut. Not hoping for the best.
Its just like I say with anabolic supps. Or just like I suggest to people running gear.
Eat more= get bigger.
eat less= get leaner.
This is how bodybuilding is done. Most people just overload themselves with supps or gear and cant figure out why after 10 years they still dont look like Cbum.

Its because you are not applying the absolute most basic principal. The number one tool.
Food.
The most anabolic substance on earth is food.

I am on a slight deficit and despite all the explosive poos I seem to be maintaining/slowly increasing strength and muscular endurance. I have been told I look leaner and my arms look way better (more defined) one colleague said I am wasting away, but she is an older lady and they are dramatic lol

Well I'm on my third bottle and I will reiterate that for ME ( not a blanket statement) It's main purpose seems to be Damage Control when it comes to moderate/higher carb days. I do not feel as bloated on those days. I'm on about a 350-500 calorie deficit on average. I follow a cyclical approach. I've increased cardio by an extra mile and a half or so on walks and I don't feel much of a difference or a huge recomp. I have been dosing 2 caps 3x per day. I may invest in a 4th bottle with higher cals to see how it does as a more anabolic agent.

I see that others have had success. I had high hopes but i don't feel it has been a huge win in the fat loss department compared to the initialy hype for ME but I'm glad others are experiencing benefits. I am pretty well versed in Wegovy/ozempic as I am an RD with an MS in Sports Nutrition and have counseled numerous people on varying dosages,so I am offering this feedback as a professional, most certainly not a hater. I do not seem them to compare really. I had been away from supplements for a while and decided to dive back in this past year and i'm just taking notes for myself along the way.

My N=1 is that I experienced increased appetite which contradicts many others in this thread. Also odd is that when I added in another GDA post workout I would notice a recomp effect in my legs and lower half and not as much in upper body. Odd thing that i've never experienced before. Just assuming it's a shift in glycogen storage to larger muscles.

Like I said, intrigued to see where this would wind up at maintenance or on a surplus plus the myricten and berberine have health benefits besides the performance aspect.

Hey you dropped 30 pounds without even going to the gym and simply by taking Incindrine and removing peanut butter and your night time protein shake from your diet... sounded like magic to us.

Sorry we understood you incorrectly.

And no need to get so defensive at the one's who support your products. We are the reason you even able to do this so take the good, subpar and bad that comes with it.

Nah you just get called out for acting ludicrous and expecting miracles, like you would anywhere else. I poked holes in your entire story, your vigor is just “renewed” because someone posted their thoughts, in a far more respectable and mature manner might I add.

With that said people seem to forget not everyone will have the same reaction, a supplement cannot make up for a poor diet or even a well put together diet but one that is not in a deficit if your goal is to lose weight. Even with gear, GH, T3 etc etc you need to eat for the goal. I cant smash 3500 calories and expect that because im on test and t3 im going to get absolutely shredded. That’s not how any of this works. Its never worked that way and it never will work that way unless you have elite genetics, and I am fairly confident NONE of us here have those with regards to bodybuilding.

Ordered couple of more Incinderines for my brother and it’s being held at customs in Brisbane(I’m from Melbourne)

contacted the TGA and they said they need to examine the product but based off what they’re seeing I might need to get a prescription first 🤣🤣

Ordered couple of more Incinderines for my brother and it’s being held at customs in Brisbane(I’m from Melbourne)

contacted the TGA and they said they need to examine the product but based off what they’re seeing I might need to get a prescription first 🤣🤣

Yeah that one was on me haha... but it is so annoying because they say it's a cancer risk or whatever, but then even in their clarification they say the cancer was not replicated in human studies.

There is a pretty reliable company in Aus called Hardcore Sarms that supplies sarms without the need to go through customs

As I have said before for a body recomp effect I find this is working great. I have gone from 2800 maintenance and up to 3100 now all while dropping 5 pounds. But like most people are noticing it is the physical change is what is more noticeable than the scale.

The plan is starting next week to go into a small deficit while using Incinderine so should be able to give more of a feedback on weight loss results then.

People don’t realise but It’s pretty impressive considering that most of us on here are around maintenance and getting solid recomping.. As far as I’m concerned I’d rather see positive leaning effect than just lose any scale weight.

I am on a slight deficit and despite all the explosive poos I seem to be maintaining/slowly increasing strength and muscular endurance. I have been told I look leaner and my arms look way better (more defined) one colleague said I am wasting away, but she is an older lady and they are dramatic lol
I think some people equate overall size/weight with being muscular so when you get leaner they think it means smaller. Yes maybe you are thinner but thats how it goes with cutting. If you can maintain strength when cutting thats massive. Im surprised its increasing even a little. Gotta be a way to slow down the GI tract. It could be your microbiome shifting and you experiencing a die off event. In this case you would also normally feel slightly or majorly ill. It could also just be there are so many things like Paradol, Stearoyl vanillylamide, Piperine, Berberine, Oleanolic..Myricetin, which can all stimulate the GI tract being ingested at the same time causing some gi distress. Have you tried 1 cap 4x?

The reason why people are scared to share their true views and are in my DMs instead because you would get bully and pressed as if you’re doing something wrong
You talked trash for months before I said anything. And I only did so when you started implying that i was lying.
Sorry, not gonna let that slide.
You started asking people how much weight they lost before most people who purchased it on launch had even received it.
The point is unrealistic expectations...Think people are going to have major results in 1-2 days? No.
From there basically every post was something negative. 99% of which was before you even tried the product.

I welcome discussion. And I like to hear varied results because I can see how things are working in real time.
Say what you want but you cant expect nobody to reply to you.

Also keep in mind that AM is a tiny fraction of our customer base. For example for every 100 people who views our site from AM there are 14000 from social media. And 28000 from just google.
So while the posts here are valuable data we get 1000s of times more from email, dm, comment and post elsewhere. I know if things are working or not.

We stopped shipping to AU for a long time because so many packs got stopped. We had to alter our international shipping terms to start shipping there again. Its gotten better but it used to be like 50/50 a pack would get stopped and then another 50? it would get turned around or lose etc after getting stopped.

This seems exceptionally good to me. I dont know of many supps that you would expect to increase cals 300 and lose weight. I mean even if it stayed static I would be surprised. But 5lbs loss is very good. People get stuck on me saying I lost 30lbs so when they see 5lbs in caloric surplus they think its not working as advertised. To me this is better than advertised.

Ill bet if you dropped to 2800 or 2700 you would drop another 5-10lbs quick. Maybe more depending on what those cals are coming from from

I definitely look "bigger" with a shirt off due to becoming a bit leaner and the muscles getting more shape... but overall with clothes I can see how they say smaller haha. I will try 1 cap 4x, I do have a DR appt this Friday so I will get checked out to make sure it is not anything else

Yah I used to hate when my shirt size would drop so Id stay sort of chubby but.....definitely bigger looking with my shirt on. But when Im shredded my old shirts hang off me but damn I look better when the shirt comes off. About to test some new anabolic ingredients. If all goes well maybe Ill get some of the weight back without the fat.

Now that is awesome!

Excited to see what your small deficit does. Thanks for the feedback

Haven't really been following the back and forth in here, but if anyone still has some and looking to offload - DM me. This seems like it'd be a good addition to finalize my last month or two of a cut phase.
