Notes; First off I must say how happy I am with my shoulder presses, pain in my left shoulder has keep me from going heavy for quite some time now and even after the pain went away I was afraid of reinjuring it. Today I was successful in adding 30 pounds to the weight I had been using with no pain!! The wife and I went out to eat with some friends and family, I had a great Salmon and Pasta dish, the calories were a bit high but I will use that to fuel my leg workout tomorrow morning! Life Is Good!
