What's up guys, I had to have blood work done for new employment. As title says I'm on trt and I was 1 week into LGD when I had the blood drawn. I'm also on cardarine. Things that were out of range below:

- HDL: 31 >40 (LDL was perfect at 60)
- Alkaline Phosphatase: 33 36-130
- Red Blood Count: 6.03 4.2-5.8
- Hemoglobin: 19.3 13.2-17.1
- Hematocrit: 56.9 38.5-50
- Iron total: 193 50-180

Everything else was in range.
Honestly didn't think HDL would take a hit so early and was hoping cardarine would've helped.
Anything else I should be worried about? I have to go to a PCP to get cleared now and I'm worried I won't.

Dosages at the time:
Test 200mg/week
LGD 15mg ed
cardarine 10mg ed
exemestane 12.5mg/week

Also, had a hard training day the day before.

How long before adding lgd was your last bloods. After 1 week I doubt anything has changed significantly or more then just a hair for that matter. All those elevated markers could be from your trt or lifestyle.

What's your normal test and estrogen on 200mg test

More than 6 months ago, but my urologist didn't do my lipids. I'm going to ask him to next time in March. My thoughts on the HDL is maybe the AI is impacting and I've been smoking cigarettes lately which I'm trying to quit again. So that would make sense about the lifestyle.

Test is usually mid 1100 and E mid 30s. Don't remember the exact numbers at the moment.

Do you think anything in the CBC is alarming? I keep reading contradicting stuff about hemoglobin and hematocrit being high. Maybe I should just lower my trt dose a bit.

90% of trt ppl are overweight high estrogen converters and take a ai. With a 30 estrogen your not crushing anything it's highly unlikely from your ai.

Not a knock on you but it's your lifestyle. No1 is smoking ciggs and has there diet, training, sleep and general health in check. Your worried about the 99 cent service charge but you haven't paid the $400 bill yet. If you get what I'm saying. Spend 30 days without smoking or eating processed food and get your 30min of just about daily cardio for heart health and then go look at health markers

I get that, I just know that AI's can negatively effect lipids. Not worried about e levels at the moment. Not overweight either. 185 at 12-13% BF.

Definitely agree on the lifestyle. I don't do cardio really except surfing and mountain biking here and there. I have to disagree with some of that, though. My training and sleep are in check. My diet is mostly clean, but I do a IIFYM diet. Good for composition but not optimal for general health regarding processed foods part. And definitely have to quit smoking.

Appreciate the advice Smont. I know you know your ****. Do you think I should drop the LGD?

I didn't say your overweight. I'm trying to explain ai use. Millions of ppl take a ai, taking a ai does not directly screw up lipids much at all. Crushing your estrogen does. So if your not crushing your estrogen ylwhich at 30 your not.

You know what fucks up lipids? Smoking cigarettes

I think ciggs are the hardest thing to quit. Caffeine actually might be worse to quit if you got a multiple coffee a day habit but obviously the health risks are not too serious with the latter. But I feel you. I started smoking a pack a day for a few years and I was a "smoke when you drink" person before that. Even in my late teens early 20's I'd be competing and if I wasn't weeks out I would go out on the weekends and bum a few smokes.

years back I semi quit, I was up to a pack a day and would get down to 4 or 5 ciggs and then back up to a pack, then quit for a week or 2 and back to a pack a day.

Finally after completely giving up drinking and starting to box and grapple more I walked in the gym and said I wanna fight, get me a opponent. I never smoked again. Been a few years since I had a single one.

Unfortunately 3 out of my 4 fights fell through so there wasn't much reward for quitting lol. Well, not dieing and being able to breath and smell right again was a huge bonus. But I can say for 100% certain that I use to smoke and smoke on cycle. Quitting improved on and off cycle bloodwork. I had a lot of markers go down. I was always mostly in range but the in and out of range stuff all seemed to lower. Even markers I wouldn't think are related. I also noticed in general I have less inflammation and better results in pretty much everything I do.

Even your dong starts to look bigger a few months after quitting. I had heard ppl say that and I always thought it sounded stupid but sure as **** it happened. Probably better blood flow. Your heart, muscles and dong all kinda are linked, that's part of why I think all men should take a low dose daily cailis

It really is, and I was the same way with the smoke when you drank. Which turned into half a pack a day in college. Was able to quit with vaping and went years without it/getting a vape here and there. Now my girlfriend that I live with smokes and ever since we moved in together about a year ago it's gotten worse. I don't want to put the blame on her but it's just what happened. she wants to quit too. I got another vape, which is probably worse, but I haven't had a cig in few days now. Hoping to finish this vape then stop and just have a gum if I really have the urge.

Congrats on quitting though. Having a strong motivating factor helps tremendously. I think this recent bloodwork will be mine and plus I want to compete next year. You got a fight coming up right?

For real, I noticed that last time I quit too. I'm on daily cialis now though. @Stacks1 is right, that should be used in anti smoking commercials.

Another former smoker here. When I was ready I used commit lozenges and prayed about it. My wife quit a week before I did. That was about 15 years ago. I'm also going to be starting daily cialis.

I was like @Smont only smoking when I was drinking. Then it got to the point I’m hitting the local Chinese food place for a few white Mai Tais and I’m smoking a pack a day. Quit drinking but smoked more to make up for the loss of the booze. Was up to 2 packs a day of Cowboy Killers and quit sept 1 2022 cold turkey. Wife was supposed to quit w me. She still smokes. Our work schedules don’t exactly sync so one of my off days is her work day. She’ll get up early and I wont wake up to the smell of fresh coffee, but she can rip a butt outside and if the window or door is cracked I will wake up from a dead sleep.
You FEEL SO MUCH BETTER OVERALL once you quit smoking. My joint pains went away, I don’t wake her up while I’m weezing in my sleep. Best decision I ever made

Hell yea, good for you bro. I think I have a similar reason for picking it up again. I haven't quit drinking, but it's so rare that I do drink since we moved in together. Can go months without. Her ex was an alcoholic. Not that she's against it, but she's not much of a drinker either. She also smokes a lot of weed, but I can't because of work. Smoking cigs is my vice. Soon to be "was".

@Smont you have any experience with nattokinase? I was thinking about adding 4000FUs a day to help with the hematocrit also. I'm really bad at giving blood. Nearly passed out from 4 vials of blood. Anything over 2 vials and my BP plumets. Also lowering my trt to 160mg/week and saving my AI for blasts.

Ya that makes it harder. My girlfriend still smokes and needs to quit because her cough sounds terrible. But once I quit she started smoking a little less and won't smoke if I'm in the car with her but I'm so far past it I don't care. I still let guys smoke in my work truck if we're on long rides for work. Sometimes I go outside and IL sit with my girl while she smokes. I still smoke a little weed and IL trade it out for edibles and take full on breaks every few months. I guess as addictive of a personality I have and how wrapped up I got in alcohol and ciggs. Once o break the 30 day mark with anything it's gone and I replace it witj a lesser habit or a activity of some sort. I'm kinda a dry drunk, even tho I don't drink booze I always need something, that something after booze was ciggs and gambling more. After I quit cigs I doubled up on boxing and mma training and back off a bit on the weights, when I take a break from boxing i lift more.

There's always something. Food is tough as i binge eat. I can't seem to eat 5k in clean food per day but I can pound 3000 and binge eat junk and rack up that other 2000 in a few minutes lol. I've yet to fine my replacement for my drug like food issues 😆

The weirdest thing about ciggs for me was that I didn't even like to smoke. I didn't like the way they made me feel. Atleast with drugs I liked how they made me feel. The crazy thing is eventho I don't like cigarettes this last time I quit was the hardest. I don't plan on ever using street drugs again but I know I'll never start smoking again

I can relate. Sometimes I feel great after one and other times I just have an elevated heart rate and feel uncomfortable.
