Notes
IDK if it's the cold weather or what but had a very hard time waking the body up for today's session, really dragging my butt today. Local temp was 18f, with a "feels like" of 7F. No snow, but cold as hell.

Instead of redlining the tach when I was already out of gas, opted to get some volume via variety.

Weight
195
We're you wrecked after that session?

Oh ok. Now I see that they aren't weights I know you can do.
Na I'm probably still sitting about 350 squat and 475 deadlift for a "fresh" 1RM.

Once I got home I woke up. I might bring Vit D back into my regiment. Dec went by so fast but suddenly I'm feeling the winter fatigue hit. Less than 1 month till vacation.

This weekend we had two Drs appts for my wife. First Dr said no Chemo and the biggy..... No Tomaxafin! There was a risk of both, with the E blocker being a 5yr deal since her cancer is estrogen receptive. He said he sees no reason to put her at the risk of those side effects.

Then we met with the radiologist, he said no body on their cancer board would recommend radiation! So thank God, she's done. Of course risks for the rest of her life are there, but at this point we now just focus on finishing up the "reconstruction" side and we go boob shopping. By spring she will feel like a new woman.

That’s awesome news man glad to hear it for you and your wife! Been the same here December and November just flew by. I think it’s because we had such a mild first part and bam we got 12” of snow and then -20 below hit so it’s just like blah 😂

That’s excellent news. Glad you two are in great shape for the shape you are in. And boob shopping sounds like you need to really research things thoroughly.

“We’re going to need to investigate some samples, honey.”
we definitely got best case results on all of the bad stuff, zero doubt. My wife's intuition (which I always lean on) was that there would be no chemo, maybe the e-blocker for 5 years, and likely radiation. so when our final appt started and he said "nobody would ever recommend radiation for you" I just about lost it. I couldn't believe it.

The boob shopping is pretty awesome. admittedly, it's the one part of the entire process I never warmed up to, other men looking at my wifes breasts. doesn't bother me at all being there when a female PA or DR does it, but I still don't like other dudes doing it, it feels a bit cucky. (I know it's not, but bare with me).

when there was risk of losing the nipple we were browsing some awesome 3d tattoo jobs. the whole process on that aspect has been pretty cool. She has a 'spacer' in the side where the mastectomy was done now, and it's fully inflated. seems a bit bigger than it was before (cool). I think she will keep that until our feb vacation is over, then finish all her surgeries probably late feb/early march... then fingers crossed, be done.

my understanding is that we do get to browse different styles lol. I told her we should explore going up a size but try to get that natural mommy milker look with just a little bit of sag, lol. She wasn't about that. so IDK if we end up with grapefruits or what but it's gonna be awesome regardless 😅😅

Oh yeah not sure if I mentioned, the plastic surgeon told her he needs to do liposuction to put her own fat cells in the breast area to create a more natural look/feel and also because her body will respond well to it's own tissue in that area better. She's pretty excited about lipo lol

That is awesome news….. I know you both are relieved. When you get a chance, you guys will have to go celebrate.👍
last May I booked our trip to MX in Feb when prices were like 1/2 price so for the past few months we've wondered if we were going to be able to make it happen or not... but all systems are a go! we are taking friends with us who have never been and we are going to a place we have stayed at 2 other times in the past so we are pretty excited. We are both abstaining from all alcohol etc until then. largely because she's on a diet kick and it's a lot easier for me to tighten down everything when she's on a diet lol, but mexico will definitely be a celebration :D

Definitely do the surgery after upcoming vacation. Liposuction was surprisingly painful afterwards, the recovery period. The smart guy surgeon I hired to remove my gyno many years ago told me he intended to do some lipectomy on the area to better contour things when he removed the glandular tissue - okay fine. I woke up to discover he only did the lipo “because he thought that would be sufficient and it’s less invasive”. So I ended up going back months later for him to cut on the glands anyway on his dime, awake now no less.

But anyway, recovering from the lipo took way longer for all the swelling to go away & the body to recover. Lots more inflammation and pain to manage than the cutting procedure.

Not telling this to scare you; she will be fine in the end. But do not do this expecting to have things looking good or healed for at least several months. Your timeline sounds ideal for being ready in summer while wearing a swimsuit top.

criminy dude, what a pain in the ass! one benefit we have at this point is because reconstruction is a part of the cancer care, I guess aside from deductibles that it's 100% covered for life under insurance at this point if she ever needs things adjusted/fixed... Yeah I am anticipating probably being home with her a lot again, similar to the mastectomy but since we sorta got into a good groove last time I'm at least confident in my ability to keep her alive for a week lol

She will be just fine - I don’t want to hype it up, only reinforce this isn’t something you do right before any travel (and especially not flying).

I was off the opiates in 2-3 days, mainly because they make me intolerably itchy within about 48 hours (which is actually really a blessing). Then probably some ibuprofen for a little bit, mainly for the help with inflammation.

Also, it may end up that the lower abdomen isn’t as painful, I’m no specialist lol. Any arm movement at all moves the upper body, especially considering the lats will contract against the wraps around the chest.

I usually haul two wheelbarrow loads of firewood every weekend to top us off for the week and yesterday I blew through more than a full load in one day lol. So cold this weekend.
I bought 2 things of wood yesterday and am seeing it is going to go fast today. The wife is happy though, she loves a fire and honestly not tons of times it is appropriate in Tx.

First and foremost congratulations to both of you. That is wonderful news!

Second, this right here just shows that women don't really understand what men like about boobs. Sure big ones are nice, but looking like comfy pillows you want to lay your head on. Being voluptuous, and having movement, bouncing, jiggling, hanging, swinging, and dropping in your mouth when they are on top. All the things we love and all things that don't happen with a too tight boob job. They seem to think we want the breasts of a newly pubescent teen, and not a grown woman's.

That being said, I do think that more often than not, the ones made with a person's own fat look, and definitely feel more realistic.

Well my bottle of Ultra Hard is failing me today. I tried to manually lift the pump up and squirt it down but could only get about a 1/2 serving. took the bottom off to see if I could manually push some through. no bueno. Tonight I might try to cut it open and pour the contents into something that I can "self serve" from since I have a decent idea in my head of what a normal dose/pump size looks like, but sorta bummed cause this has been a decent run with no side effects.

I was really shocked, my wife's surgery was Tuesday morning and she took her last oxy Weds night. I offered to split them down to halves etc. They gave us an rx for 28 pills and I believe she used like 6 total, might have only been 4. I did stay on top of her advil/ibuprofen but she was off all pain killers in less than a week I think. generally once the tubes came out and she could sleep normal again she didn't really mention too much discomfort until she went shopping and said pushing the cart was a bit rough.

Work schedule threw off my nutrition (biz lunch) and gym time a bit, but overall down 10lbs this month (some water) and feeling pretty good, albeit getting skinny in the face and shoulders.

Weight 192.00

When I need a spot I always look for the biggest badass in the gym. Today I grabbed these two inked up dudes that looked like they just walked out of a Mexican prison. Easily 260lbs each, a hair taller than me, and the best spot of my life. . Little bit of a man crush but the two most supportive spotters I've ever had. Almost to the point of patronizing. "dude you strong bro, great lift"

Good dudes.

The roi on fasting is diminishing but I'm really only aiming to lose maybe 5 more lbs in the next 3.5 weeks so I can slow my roll a bit here.

I was playing a lot of catch up since I had wanted to end December a few lbs lighter but schedules sorta did what they do.

They really need to step up their pump game. Ive had them arrive where all the bottoms are blown out and goo all over the inside of the box.

I'm a bit bummed cause I like this mix of epi + andro but even doing their "this fixes it every time" trick just created a mess lol. I'll probably just cut it open and pour it into a tupperware and guess on my serving sizes a bit since I've pumped enough of it over the past year to be able to eye ball it pretty well.

Get yourself an oral syringe off of Amazon, I am sure you can find one that will be delivered today. Then you can actually measure what is supposed to be an exact pump which will be better than how the pump disperses it anyway. Those pumps give an estimated ml but sometimes well over, and sometimes well under so the oral syringe will do the trick and probably allow for a less messy application process where you can control how much you are putting in each application site.

genius. I might hit like walgreens or something this afternoon then, I checked amazon and nothing available for same day delivery. this is a great idea. Looks like 5 pumps (1 dose) of UH is 7.5ml, so that should be easy enough.

Weight loss definitely taking it's toll, but leaning up nicely.

I have noticed the pumps don’t seem to be very equal in amount. I was a little nervous my first application as it was a bit more runny then I anticipated, but dries really good. I was looking today to see if there was a way to re use an empty XPG bottle, doesn’t look like it though.

let me know how you come out on cutting the bottle and the syringe application goes, in case I have to go that route sometime!

So between apex, iconic and XPG, XPG is hands down the best imo.

I've run dermacrine, sustain alpha a few times, ultra hard a couple times and this is my first failed bottle. I should have stick with XPG Epi but I wanted to give the andro another try.

I’m enjoying the alpha 7 so far, feel good on it and good application, no complaints yet. Be interesting to see after the run what my results will be.

I agree though on the pump/bottle XPG hands down has it beat.

Yeah, that is pretty typical with the pumps. The idea is it will average out about right over the pumps.
My only complaint about the UH this time, aside from the broken bottle, is that I'm not "feeling" it at all like I did the first time.
Yeah, unfortunately you never get that first time on feeling back on the same compound. Doesn't actually mean it is less effective so much as your body has already learned to adjust to the feeling. You doses are higher now than previously, and more consistent as well so that also leaves more time for the adjustment, and also less time at lower levels so you don't feel the peaks and valleys like when you did it pre-workout only.

that all makes sense. I might have to play with a different toy in March or April after I have some time to finish this and reset for a while. Still seems like a good product though. I feel like my strength levels and lean mass are holding pretty well despite dropping 10lbs this month already.

Speaking of which, hoping for a woosh. I'm at 35hrs fasted right now and it has me back down to 192lbs. I have found pickle juice tastes very good when fasting 😅. But this is the third time I have hit 192 (my low) so I am considering running this fast out to 60+hrs for a little extra oomph. Since it's friday and I'll be at work all day, I find it's much much easier to fast vs the weekends when I'm either home or on a date with the wife or something.

that all makes sense.

Go for it if it fits your schedule.

probably not too dark. my wife and I have an agreement. I can't pin if she can't get botox, lol.
Dr Mike Isreatel actually has a video on first cycle selection, and believe it or not he recommends an oral, something like Anavar. Good way to dip your toes in the pool and if things go wrong you stop and it is out of your system in no time. Not recommending you jump on gear but the injections are definitely not required to get into the dark side.

Also why the hell would she want to break her eyebrows like that. "Ma'am, your eyebrows are broken they don't seem to move." The ones that really make me laugh are the ones who;s either drop low so they look like Oscar The Grouch all the time or the opposite and they end up high and permanently surprised. I want to see expression in a woman's face. Not a ceramic forehead.

she's coming around, it helps when she sees people who have ridiculous amounts of work done compared to people who just age gracefully. personally I don't think people even start to look their best until they reach 40, then they all go try to look like they did when they were 16. all awkward and knees and elbows again with no character, lol.

The main real world problem with this is most newbies don’t have the experience to understand that half the UGL Var out there is actually low-dosed Dbol. And they think a Roidtest is some expensive or elaborate thing, not $30 and easier than a home COVID test. So they can’t figure out why they are getting itchy nipples or holding water on ‘Anavar’.

So the caveat is, don’t be a stupid potential steroid user. You can’t control getting fake gear, but you can avoid ingesting it.

so if I did want var, you'd suggest this? https://roidtest.com/products/oxandrolone-2-step-test?variant=41457861492921
