Right now I'm using 1ml (measured by dropper) daily. I apply to my shoulder/trap/clavicle after my morning shower (6:30am), throw my shirt on a few minutes after, and workout about 5 hours later (11:30am). Am I missing out by not applying something like hand sanitizer over the product?

Secondary question, if I should be "topping" with hand sanitizer, is this common practice for any transdermal product?

It's a method that "can" be used with any transdermal. I really don't think think this is necessary for the product to be effective at all but some people get concerned about residue on the skin being unabsorbed actives. This would help with that, but I really do think the difference it makes is marginal.

While probably (definitely) not as cheap or easy to get - DMSO or PhloJel would definitely be a nice addition. I'm currently putting 1 Pump of Dermacrine over the SuperDHEA to hedge any bets on absorption.

dmso is very good...I used to use it years ago when I was on androgel---If I remember right it's pretty cheap, otherwise I wouldn't have used it, cause I'm cheap too, lol.

but dmso definitely wouldn't be as cheap as hand sanitizer from the dollar tree.

sounds like a plan....ol's sup3r epi elite is a great deal-250mg per cap, 120 caps per bottle. I would dose both sup3r 4/sup3r epi at 3 apiece.

I got great results on ol's epi/4-andro, adding in some sup3r dhea would just add to it, imo!!!

Tip I got from Dr. Crisler: Either use a Surgical Glove for Neck/Shoulders/Traps *Or* put it on your Inner Forearm and rub it in on the side of your Torso - both sites absorb well - no waste. Your bare hand is like a piece of leather and absorbs a ton of product, but it doesn't get through the tough palm skin. I'm using a glove for 11-KT and it's pretty amazing how much a bare hand absorbs (you can tell because with the glove, it feels like you put on a lot more even though you didn't, and it takes a lot longer to rub in). I'm doing the Forearm application for Super-DHEA.

GOOD TIP--I've used a glove for application of transdermals for many years, then I discovered that sandwich baggies from the dollar tree work just as well and are MUCH cheaper....I also use a hairdryer to go over area applied for EXTRA absorption.

nope...sometimes I just stand in front of fan after taking shower and applying, but I think just a few minutes of the hairdryer works best-try it and see.

Guess it depends on how long your arms are I can only get from about above the obliques, to the lower pec area Basically the Rib area.

Super-DHEA on da balls? Check! Burn? Meh, more of a VERY fresh feeling. I wouldn't advise doing it directly after grooming though.

Now, if you really wanna have some fun....Hop on som IM Test, throw some TD Test on the bat and some Super-DHEA on da balls, pop a Cialis, and on top of the blessing god already gave ya.......equals a very happy and tired wifey/GF.....as well as EXTREME difficulty being around a bunch of half-naked women. :]

1. There was a recent study on TD Testosterone on the scrotum that showed some improvement over the Neck/Trap/Shoulder area - check PubMed

Yes!!! I miss BPS! Their product line was killer. I threw in some Endosurge Turbo after I ran out of the Dermacrine and Formestane and that ET kicked real good too!

The old Sup3r carrier did get clog a lot, but the product is as good as the old dermacrine if not better and it is way cheaper.

In my experience, it can affect blood pressure but not usually to a huge degree by itself for me personally. DHEA is actually known to lower blood pressure, thus warnings of contraindications with BP lowering meds and supps, so take great care if you are on blood pressure meds.

got my bottle today...1st impression the bottle is smaller than dermacrine...also the force of the pump-it doesn't mess around, it shoots out of there...then there is the amount, it caught me off guard how much is in 1 pump.

I applied to neck and shoulders using a plastic baggie, then ran a hairdryer quickly over it for maybe 15-20 seconds, then applied hand sanitizer.

btw-after applying to neck and shoulders I ran the baggie over balls, just for good measure-a little warming sensation, not bad at all.

A full pump is 2 ml IIRC, so 2 doses. Bear that in mind. That is why I use a metered oral syringe to dose.

Got bloods run in July and everything was low (preg, dhea, t, free t, estradiol, dht). Also had some elevated liver values. Some weighed in on maybe adrenal related.

Added SUp3r DHEA and ran some liver detox supps. Going to follow up and see if there's an improvement. If not, I'm going to see an endo about TRT.

My first test didn't run the sensitive estradiol, so I used a different company this time (both tests actually run by labcorp though). Follow-up won't have dht or preg, but the rest will be measured. I'll be sure to share once I have results.

duly noted...I thought that was a lot for a single dose. 1st time I went ahead and used a full pump on each side....starting tomorrow I will try to get half a pump on each side---what do you think twice a day?

I will be able to let you know how 1ml of the v1 Super-DHEA does - Crisler is having me do followup bloods next week. There really isn't a *reliable* test for Preg though, even though they offer one - per Dr. John (he doesn't pull it).

As an adjunct for TRT I normally see it dosed at .5 ml, I am surprised to hear up to 2 ml per day. I am about a week in on my first bottle, I may get labs in about a month and add in the DHEA--S test. I know that the last time I tested it I was on the low end (but still "in range")

I also changed to a smaller syringe. Measures in 0.2ml increments.

I had been using 1ml a day. Recently went to 0.5ml to see if I noticed a difference. My understanding is DHEA and Pregnenalone can be on a bell curve with dosing, so more isn't always better.

I'll make sure I share what my dosing was when I get my labs done in a few weeks.

IMO best way to dose any type of liquid supplement. Most pharmacies have them behind the counter and will just give them to you if you ask.
