I would appreciate any recommendations folks may have on muscle-building supplements which don’t affect testosterone or estrogen levels, besides the obvious ones like creatine, essential amino acids and whey protein.

Vector by Black Lion Research is loved by many. QUARANTINE discount code will get you 30 percent off from our main website.

This is such a broad question, I am sure people can provide what they've enjoyed, but you really need to get a little more specific if you want a good/helpful answer.

Not much non-hormonal will increase it directly. Even Creatine has an effect however by increasing the conversion to DHT. I'll find my source of information if you want, but increasing 'FREE' testosterone may be the better question when looking at non-hormonal solutions. VIRON and VECTOR by BLR helps to increase free testosterone and add to a bulk.

Quite a few "Testosterone Boosters" are working with those whom have a decrease in their natural testosterone.

We need more information.

EDIT: Yes, 30% QUARANTINE = code.

Vector or Anabolic Effect are the big boys; however, Vector is 30% off right now. Its a no brainer.

Not to nitpick, but I don’t think increasing free test within a normal range will lead to much in lean body mass accrual. Layne Norton discusses this in the below video, starting at 2:30. He’s specifically talking about total test, but I’d think free test applies here.

Basically, increasing test within the normal range (ie, non supraphysiological) won’t increase LBM. Maybe I’m wrong, just drawing conclusions from this video.

That being said, Vector for instance still has ingredients that should contribute to LBM accrual independent of hormone optimization.

ArA is a favorite of mine also. X-Gels from SNS.
