Ya it is pretty underrated. Some things that come to mind are pork chops, pork roast, pork tenderloin, and pork rinds.

I noticed pork wasnt on anyone's list. It can definitely be on the higher fat side. So I usually balance it when I know I will have high protein. Some good options are ribs, ground pork, and bratwurst. Well of course bacon too.
I have been reading a good bit of Lift run Bang. Havent took the plunge to buy a book but have enjoyed the principles. Added a few things here and there I have picked up. Think it would be a good place to look into. Got a bit of a powerlifting focus but says thats no reason to let yourself get fat.
I get decent trap development from deadlifts. Though I have added high pulls which have helped even more in that yoke area. Yesterday I did a set of 20 for trap bar deadlifts and my traps feel used. Granted I havent done trap bar deadlifts in a long time so could just be different stimulus.

Id say back squats for quads. Maybe add in some HIIT on a spin bike if possible.
For chest, some good ole BB bench press. Work on your set up/technique. I have messed with mine and it has made a major difference for me.
