Weight is going back in the right direction. How do you feel you are looking - have you seen some composition change around this bodyweight?
Huge, from fatty to abs and veins.
Less volume and more recovery seem to be better.

An utterly filthy habit. What is wrong with you? You must stink something awful at the gym.
Sometimes i smoke while benching, to assert my dominance.

I almost don’t even know how you can eat 4200 cal and only get in 110 protein. I mean it’s like you try to avoid it

Went on vacation in Milan for 4 days.
A lot of pizza and pasta but also a lot of walking! 30k+ steps for sure. Weighted myself when got back and i lost weight.

Went great, felt the knees on the warm ups but not on my top sets.
I need to start filming sets because i feel like my depth is inconsistent (Not necessarily high but inconsistent).
DL felt almost too good, like nothing but it needs to be tested at a higher intensity zone (next week).
