I was the same with 315. It was awhile before I actually hit 315 due to mental. I've lost some strength since then and typically stay at 225 for working sets now.
Same here. I'm usually in bed by 8:30 probably don't fall asleep until 9 or 9:30 and then up at like 3:30 or 4 most mornings. I don't take any caffeine past 9:30am.

Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to ensure blood pressure is in check. As you age your bp trends upward so really this is a good supp for anyone to take imo.
I always say this but still need to start incorporating these at the end of my workouts. I've been doing vacuums at the end of my workouts so I might start super setting with these.
