Can CEL Cloma Plex be run year round?

Is there anything in this that needs to be cycled or could it be run year round as a natty test booster?
If the natty SERMs would be too much at the full dose would running it at half the usual dose be beneficial or would I be better off just cycling it 2 months on 1 month off with the full dose?
