I use true nutrition custom blend. 60% Complete milk protein isolate, 25% CFM Whey Isolate, 15% whey hydrolyzed in dutch chocolate. Mixes extremely well, two scoops in less than 16 ounce water with a spoon and tastes good. I use isolate because concentrate gives me problems.
