i don't completely agree with that. yeah, genetics are king. but until your at your full genetic potential, how do you know that you can't force that peak? i've trained for peak w/particular exercises and have seen a difference.

i think you'll like it. i wouldn't do it as a first or second bicep exercise. very good finishing off the biceps exercise.

thanks for the support. i hit up the Sears Curls again today to finish up my bicep work. i loved them again. i don't have to go heavy, just concentrate on the contraction. pumped my biceps ridiculously. this will end up being a new staple exercise for a while.

today was probably my least favorite workout on hyperpump today. i don't think it was due to the hyperpump either. i had to do some running before my training session today. that always wears my ass out before i even hit the weights. hit up the arms today. they still got pumped. strength...

another great back workout; that's two in a row. pump was solid. it wasn't as intense as last back workout, but not a bad pump by any means. endurance. hmmm. i had endurance all day. i didn't feel tired. i didn't want to stop training today. i'm expecting to be sore for the next 3 days or so...

my training buddy up north used the liquid masterdrol when it was first released and he loved it. his strength gains went through the roof. for some reason, i remember reading/hearing somewhere that the new MMV2 is just the liquid masterdrol in a pill form. i haven't looked at the ingredient...
