    Some would I am still a fan of lifting heavy with 4 sets per exercise with little to no rest between sets. I like to superset and do drops to keep my heart pumping. Diet is key, can you do the eliptical or bike for some extra burn?

    330 hour befor workout, then around 6. Luckily I do not go to bed til around 2AM so no lack of sleep.

    Normally I would say get your pro. from meat, but since you are where you are, shakes are going to have to do it. What is the total calories for your day? Ever think about doing HIIT instead of plain cardio? What is your workout like? Sets, reps, weight?

    I like to carb cycle, three really low days, one high day, then two moderate days. This works for me, but I always shoot for 1lb per week to keep my mass as much as possible. Google Lyle McDonald and he has some good fat loss ideas
