Some would I am still a fan of lifting heavy with 4 sets per exercise with little to no rest between sets. I like to superset and do drops to keep my heart pumping. Diet is key, can you do the eliptical or bike for some extra burn?
Not really mate, I only pulsed M,W,F. Which is still less then the 40mg per day for a 7day week normal consumption. The reason for my pulse was to not have it take the same toll that SD/PP did when I did a normal cycle last time. To each their own, I have a SERM in supply if needed too. I have...

2. Bloodwork before and after from a pulse cycle No

Currently doing 1-T and pulsing SD&PP 3x Per Week. trying to gain some mass without the fat gain, working well thus far too. Overall size and strength is way up mate and have dropped a waist size in 4 weeks.

Normally I would say get your pro. from meat, but since you are where you are, shakes are going to have to do it.
What is the total calories for your day?
Ever think about doing HIIT instead of plain cardio?
What is your workout like? Sets, reps, weight?
I like to carb cycle, three really low days, one high day, then two moderate days. This works for me, but I always shoot for 1lb per week to keep my mass as much as possible.
Google Lyle McDonald and he has some good fat loss ideas
