I've been wanting to get back into supplementation now that I've been consistently working out again. I had multiple surgeries so was out of it for 2 years. I have stopped using caffeine though and this seemed like it may be a good supplement for focus during workout. Any thought?

Yes, i was off the site for awhile and leaned down a lot, just due to having an jnjury I gained a lot of weight back, I learned over time to just have a caloric deficit and am doing that again. Was just hoping for suggestions for estro.

I would say in my opinion I love Morphogen Nutrition Alphagen and Performax Labs Hypermax Extreme, amazing energy and pump, great focus, and no crash. Simply great. I am a stim guy thought so these may be too powerful for some.
