I trained back today, the way i do it is one arm dumbbell rows on a slight incline and row to my waist for my lat recruitment, then do two arm bent over dumbbell rows at 90' degrees, focusing on thickness
I'm starting with 350g's protein/350g's carbs/70 fat for my macros on a feed day, i'm going to be running a log of MK677 for 3 months, apparently it increases appetite quite well so i'm not too worried at this point about getting my macros in.
I was starting low to test the waters then i was going to ramp up from their, i also like to use as little gear as possible and rely more on quality food
I've tossed some powder on my tongue before, personally i just throw it in a little crystal light. And for those who have never tried forskolin slowly increase your dose as it can give you the ****s rather easy.
Good advice, not suprising about increased fatloss while upping the protein while lowering fat and carbs as your getting a higher thermic effect from your food ;). I've just started pushing my fasting to 20 hours and i've noticed increased fatloss.
