Is Pre Jym by Jim Stoppani worth it? In short to the regular gym goer, maybe. For those that are experienced with pre workout, it for me comes across a bit boring and not current with pre workout science and ingredients. The ingredients are awesome, but there are so many in here. 26 grams of stuff. I wish there were different ingredients, like instead of beet root and citrulline malate, why not agmatine sulfate? Anyways, as of now I give this a 7/10. Below is a write up on the Pre Workout.
